Can I Wash My Amp Cover?
Amp and cab covers and PowerBags can get grubby – particularly through the winter season if you are a musician that gigs regularly.
A frequent question we are asked is whether or not our amp covers, cab covers, and PowerBags can be washed.
The answer is ‘yes’ but with the following qualifications:
- Put the item in a pillow case or something similar and
- Only wash it on a COLD cycle
The layers of our products are laminated together so they need to be washed on a cold cycle to prevent the lamination from being damaged by heat. NO tumble drying for the same reason.
The item should be hung out to dry in its own time – sunshine is fine – hopefully we see some soon!
